Strong hands-on experience on database merge and aware of normalization best practices. Strong data analysis skills. Excellent communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good understanding of Investment Management. Real Estate Private Equity investment lifecycle knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Yardi system and database structure, or ability to quickly get up to speed on this system. Knowledge of Yardi ETL is preferred. *Roles & Responsibilities* • Responsible for merging key tables in Yardi and importing Yardi data by October 2015. • Works closely with the Yardi Administrator, Yardi team and the technology team to finalize the data gap analysis and confirm tables to be merged and imported (attributes, leases etc). • Helps finalize the property-asset relationship, identify the active properties/assets. Updates Yardi as needed with property managers, following the standards and methodologies. • Ensures that Yardi data is consistent across clients, regions and property types. • Executes the data rationalization, i.e. consolidates Yardi tables and coordinate testing with business and technology. • Ensures that the system is correctly configured and that all required data is in Yardi for future performance reporting, • Puts procedures in place to ensure data integrity going forward and implements controls to confirm that procedures are followed. • Provides support on other Yardi initiatives as needed. *Generic Managerial Skills* *Education* Bachelor or Masters -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
