*Duration: 6 Months* Responsibilities • Deployment, Configuration/Customization and maintenance of performance monitoring tools. • Create and maintain workflows to support current and upcoming maintenance plans to maintain current SLAs. • Perform daily application and hardware monitoring, and reviewing application logs, and following defined SLAs. • Develop and maintain integration and interfaces with other tools for Incident, Problem and Change Management. • Review and analyze Production and DR environments for performance.
