Please do not send over candidates that do not fit the clients’ needs, as I receive mass amounts of e-mails. *Full Job Description:* The individual will be expected to act as the Project Manager representing GBCM. This will involve all aspects of the project including the documentation, development and testing of the ARCHER product. The individual will act as the voice of GBCM and assist the Project Owner with identifying issues and risks throughout the project; as well as providing a clear picture of what GBCM requires during the development of the application. Their duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: Basic Skills/Requirements • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word and Power point • *Must have experience with either ARCHER, eGRC or similar large software implementation project* • Must be comfortable and able to push the project through to completion and ensure developers stay on track with the project scope • *Must be proficient with AGILE methodology* • *Must have experience documenting “user stories” within RALLY or similar tool. * • Create clear and meaningful stories that clearly translate the SME vision • Provide timely feedback to the Project Owner on the status and health of the project Basic functions • Document and facilitate Requirements Documentation between the SME and the Software Developers/ Tech Managers • Input “user stories” into the RALLY tool based on his/her meetings with the SME’s • Act as point person for all project meetings as well as provide detailed feedback to GBCM project owner. • Track the project status and update the GBCM management team of any issues and roadblocks • Provide thorough and clear meeting minutes following each session • Must be able to thoroughly understand GBCM requirements in order to ensure that all requirements are being considered and included throughout the development stages • Work closely with the Project Owner to ensure all Scope creep is identified and controlled • Assist with UAT testing during sprints • Document all issues and risks encountered during all stages of the project Thanks & Regards Annie Green Edgesys Consulting 411 Route 17 South, Suite 310 Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604 Office: 609- 619-5523 F: 312-884-7945 E-mail: [email protected] Web: www.edgesys.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
