PeopleSoft Functional Benefits & Ben Admin

Summary: The client is currently Live on PeopleSoft 9.1 for HCM.

The client is looking for a Sr. Level Functional Benefits & Ben Admin
Consultant that has a complete understanding of the functional areas and
business processes of PeopleSoft HCM – most importantly Core HR, Benefits,
Benefits Administration, and e-Benefits.

The client also has Time &  Labor and Payroll NA.

This assignment calls for a PeopleSoft Functional Benefits & Ben Admin lead
to join the client’s small team.

This PeopleSoft Functional expert will work primarily to document business
processes, gather and document requirements, perform Fit/Gap analysis to
current PeopleSoft version (9.1), and then implement the solution.



*High Level Responsibilities*

•             Assist with Bundle 16-18 maintenance

o             Document Bundle Maintenance Process

o             Creation of Test Plan

o             Distribution of Test Plan to End Users

o             Support of End User testing

•             Benefits - Open Enrollment

o             Documentation of Open Enrollment Process

o             Creation of Test Plan

o             Evaluate and document removal of Benefit Plan from Benefit
Program

•             Benefits - ACA

o             Assess ACA functionality

•             HR - Global Employees

o             Assess functionality around employees in multiple countries
(Track Global Assignments)

•             HR - Action/Action Reason

o             Assist with Action/Action Reason Governance

•             Assist with timing of entering JOB data

•             HR - Union Bid/Roll

o             Assist with documentation of Process

o             Assist with gathering requirements

•             Production Support

o             Assist with backlog of Production Support Issues/Enhancement

*Requirements*

•             10+ years of PeopleSoft experience, including version 9.1.

•             Strong Core HR/Benefits modules experience, including Open
Enrollment.

•             Experience with Unions, especially around job bidding.

•             Design and Configuration skills / experiences with Benefits,
Ben Admin, & e-Benefits

•             Global PeopleSoft HCM Experience

•             Documentation of Business Processes.

•             Gather and document requirements.

•             Fit/Gap analysis.

•             Strong communication skills

•             Design and Configuration skills / experiences with Benefits,
Ben Admin, & e-Benefits
