*Position: Backend Java developer* *Location: Redwood Shores, CA* *Duration: 12 months* *Interview: Telephonic/skype* *Java Developer: Lets use the below JD* · 5+ years’ experience of server-side software development experience. · Solid Computer Sciences skills. · Should have worked on Lamp Stack (PHP/Python/Perl) · Must understand the core principles of OO design & development and how to apply them in a highly scaled environment. · Experience working in a Distributed/Cloud-based environment (e.g. Amazon EC2, GCE, Rackspace, Azure, etc.). · Experience in cloud deployments and performance tuning of distributed systems. · Deep understanding of good software design patterns mixed with a healthy passion for refactoring and keeping things simple. · Experience owning and maintaining critical Web Services. · Deep knowledge of concurrency, resiliency, caching, HTTP and REST. · BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
