*Position: Oracle Fusion Financial/ERP PMO Business Analyst* *Location: *South Florida *Duration: *Long term, starting first week of September *Required Skills:* · 5+ years’ experience with ERP/Financial Systems & underlying business processes · Oracle Fusion Financials Experience *preferred* · Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Experience *preferred* · PeopleSoft Financial Management Experience *preferred* · Experience in design reviews and testing coordination · Develop work plans and review project implementation methodology; track progress against plan · Knowledge of functional set up manager and configurations across Fusion modules · Must facilitate discussions in business process re-engineering, design workshops · Validate business requirements, gap-fit analysis and facilitate reviews/sign off discussions · Must share advise on customizations · 2 full lifecycle implementations in a highly complex IT ecosystem with users in multiple countries · Provide regular input into the project plan (task completion, date updates) & submit weekly status report · Coordinate successful testing of developed solution and User Acceptance Testing · Maintain liaison with Oracle Support to follow up on Service Requests & monitor troubleshooting efforts · Strong interpersonal/communication with excellent client facing skills · Knowledge of Financial Services Industry (recommended) Thanks & Regards: Lisa IT Recruiter I.T.
