documented employment experience of 7+ years (84+ months).*
- You must have experience in the usage and support of a collection of
development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications
and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer- The
Authorized User may seek Specialists in the following areas (list is
not exhaustive):• Backup and Recovery-Security.

(stored procedures/functions) with Oracle 8g, 9i, 10g or higher.

performing upgrades, repository migrations, project development in a MUD
environment.
48 Months Demonstrated hands-on development experience with Oracle OBIEE
11g.
84 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience writing and implementing unit
test plans and quality assurance plans.
60 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience in Dimensional Data Modeling for
creating logical and physical data models using a commercial data modeling
tool like ERWIN or ERStudio.
36 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience using UNIX command language to
view and ftp files.
24 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing error handling and
data quality rules.
36 Months Demonstrated hands-on experience working with data contained in
Patient Medical Records, Employee Records and Healthcare Provider Records
in a State Agency, Federal Agency or Private Organization.
