We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Role: Business Objects Consultant/Architect* *Location: * *Kalamazoo MI /Peapack NJDuration: 12 months* *Job Title BOBJ Architect* *Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS * • Should have 6 to 7 years development experience using Business Intelligence Reporting Tools • At least 3 to 5 years of experience using Business Objects Web Intelligence, Xcelsius. • Able to create complex Webi reporting (e.g. custom formulas and free hand SQL) with strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good exposure on BO CMC console and user access management (universe access and dimension restriction and row level security • Strong in Oracle 10g/11g, Toad, SQL scripts (able to write independent unit test case SQLs and run EXPLAIN plan when any performance issues comes from report). • Understanding the BO Services (e.g. webi, cache, APS, Token) and dependencies and tomcat logs • Awareness of BO XI SDK using JSP (JAVA) • Good Knowledge of Data Warehouse & BI Concepts • Experience with gLIMS and SAP is highly desirable • Experience in Lifesciences domain would be an added advantage *Roles & Responsibilities * • Provide expert consultancy in all areas of Business Intelligence (SAP Business Objects\Crystal) to internal application development teams • Advise on product roadmap in accordance with corporate strategy • Architect global deployment meeting all infrastructure, high-availability, and disaster recovery meeting corporate standards • Provide subject matter expertise to developers in areas of semantic layer (universe) design and report building • Responsible for delivering and maintaining set of best-practice standards, guidelines and operational procedures to be used by application and support teams *Thanks * *Wasim AhmedUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
