Ability to prepare Test Strategy & Test Plan 2. Ability to analyze and understand Requirements 3. Ability to manage test data and test applications in Mainframe, .NET/SQL, J2EE technologies 4. Ability to work on certain testing tools such as QTP, Defect Management tools 5. Ability to provide solution, discuss with multiple stakeholders to understand requirement, solution, design and testing aspects 6.
