We have an Urgent opening .Please see the Job Description Below and let me know if you have any consultant available. *Role: BMC Remedy Consultant* *Location: Alpharetta GA* *Duration: 6+ months* *DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:* The tools that we need to focus is below They should have L3 capability to manage operations · BMC Remedy · Right Answers · BPPM · BMC Performance Manager · BMC Portal & Dashboards · HP BSM · BMC Patrol (Limited Agent based monitoring for SQL, Websphere, VMWare) *SKILLS REQUIRED:* Previous experience with integrations between other ITSM systems and BMC Remedy ITSM Suite is required. Experience Minimum is 4 to 6 years of IT work on applications, or other administration and programming to include Remedy development experience with ARS 8.x, and BMC ITSM 8.x. Solid experience with BMC Remedy's Action Request System (ARS) 8.x. Solid experience configuring, developing and customizing BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) 8.x applications (Help Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, Atrium CMDB). Experience configuring BMC/Remedy products and full product life-cycle to include development, integration, testing and documentation. Knowledge of ITIL Framework and best practice processes.
