*Job Description:*
*Our client, located in Peoria, IL, is currently in need of an Asset
Management Consultant for an 8 month contract. The consultant will be
responsible for a ITIL v3 Service Now implementation with a Service
Catalog. Provide an Asset lifecycle management solution. Includes over a
dozen workflows to acquire, store, allocate, reclaim, retire, and dispose
of computer assets.*
*Required Skills:*
- Experience working as a ServiceNow System Administrator
/ Implementation Specialist within ITIL v3.
- Experience utilizing Asset Management, Configuration Management,
Product Catalog, and Service Catalog with dependence on Discovery Tool and
SCCM and ADDM integration.
- Service Catalog: Service Portfolio Assess/Plan/Strategize
- IT Asset Management Certification.
- CERTIFIED ASSET MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL - CAMP
- CERTIFIED SOFTWARE ASSET MANAGER - CSAM
- CERTIFIED HARDWARE ASSET MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL - CHAMP
- CERTIFICATION IN IT ASSET DISPOSITION - CITAD
- Service Now Administrator Certification
- IT Asset Management Certification, (ITAM), IATAM or CITAM
- Solid understanding of ISO 27001, 27002 and 55000
- Demonstrated experience in defining ITAM Process, Procedures and Work
Instructions articulated in the Service Now Asset Module.
- Understanding of Asset Management Processes dependency on other ITIL
Processes
- Demonstrated experience in Service Now integrations from foreign data
sources such as SCCM, ADDM.
