*Job Title: Business Analyst* *Location: DC* *Duration : 1+ Years* *Required skills:* This role is focused migration of a public website for a Government Agency using Drupal 7 platform. CUA certification highly desired Solid understanding of Public Website Development Processes, Redesigning and Migration of legacy websites to modernize web technologies Solid understanding of the Agile Development Methods and working with teams throughout the lifecycle Significant Web Content Management (WCM) experience - For example Drupal Work with clients to define the scope and objectives for new web sites Work with clients and web team members to identify web solutions through examination of user needs and client requirements and prepare business cases. Perform requirements discovery to document the needs of customers and potential stakeholders using the following techniques: Interviews Facilitated Workshops Group Decision Making Observation Focus Groups Prepare and Facilitate Testing and User Acceptance Testing Coordinate and Facilitate Usability Analysis with Client and Subject Matter Experts Track project schedules and milestones, provide weekly status updates to all stakeholders Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must be able to perform well in a deadline driven, rapidly changing team environment.
