H1B transfers are fine.* *QUALIFICATIONS:* *Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:* · At least 3 years’ experience working in MS Excel, MS Access, analyzing large sets of data · At least 3 years’ experience creating system documentation · At least 1 year of experience working with healthcare data. *Required Skills/Experience:* · Oracle DB · Toad/ SQL · Writing technical requirements · Writing Requirements Traceability Matrices *Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access) · Must have the drive to create only excellent products · Must have the fortitude to be accountable for failures and successes alike · Experience with IBM Initiate software · Understanding of basic statistics calculations · Experience with Informatica MDM software. *Education/Certifications – Include: * · Bachelor's degree in related field preferred · Minimum of 2 years of data analyst experience required *Top Three Skills:* · ORACLE SQL · TOAD · Healthcare Data Experience *RESPONSIBILITIES:* *Analysts will support both Production Support and Project work related to the MDM Solutions in the following manner:* · Manually review and mitigate tasks related to potential data issues · Create standard System Development Lifecycle Deliverables (eg.
