Act as a liaison between the vendor and business ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups of work activities. Perform unit testing of solutions prior to moving to production. Technical liaison between vendors and business. Work closely with internal technology teams and vendors, where applicable, to ensure SLAs are met. Perform daily administration tasks. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, templates and business plans. - Partners with business liaisons, developers and technical teams to understand both business and system requirements. Assist in recommending, designing, testing and implementing application system upgrades and improvements and new technologies. Leads and participates on project teams producing quality and timely deliverables. Establishes and support QA environments. - Builds and leverages automation to decrease overall system downtime and improve systems operations. - Build and/or maintain system documentations, procedures and guidelines for business liaisons, Application Support team and Help Desk.
