Role: Business Process Specialist - ERP Systems Location: MA Duration: 6 plus months Description: Client is undertaking a Global ERP Project to replace the current Order Processing and Maintenance Renewal systems. The ERP we will be using is QAD. In conjunction with this, we will be looking to improve/reengineer our business processes to incorporate software industry best practices. The particular areas of focus are: Maintenance Renewals Revenue Recognition Pricing Ideal candidate will have experience in helping design and assist with designing the new business processes in the ERP System and knows the software industry. This person should have experience Designing and Configuring an ERP for a Software Company. Experience in the actual ERP system is not as important as the Software Industry experience.
