This Includes *ECC, SRM, and Enterprise Portal*. Support of *SAP Development, QA, and Training servers in VMware environments* is also required. 3. Additional requirements are the support of *SRM configuration and troubleshooting, System Copy and Client Copy strategy, ECC and SRM performance tuning and Transport Management.* 4. Experience in Routine Support Pack and Enhancement Pack updates, Solution Manager configuration for system monitoring, Disaster Recovery initiatives, Single Sign-on (based on Windows Active Directory), Automation of Integration Testing, and implementation of E-Commerce or online functions within SAP, i.e. Biller Direct is a plus.
