Proactively conceptualize different requirements which convert into downstream projects for Wipro. Participate in proposal presentations, negotiation, solution/product evaluations exercises with multiple customers Advanced functional expertise in PeopleSoft product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration. Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities for large and complex projects. Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes. Has experience across implementation, support, upgrade, migration and consolidation projects. Is fully conversant with other functional areas and business domains. Ability to develop integrated solutions. Ability to work with senior customer representatives and align functional objectives to business strategy. Contribution to thought leadership in the PSFT functional space. Good knowledge of PSFT and other leading ERP products and their capabilities avis PSFT. *Essential Skill* Person Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation. Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise. Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of process reengineering. Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, HCM primarily).
