*Position: QA Lead Analyst* *Location: Strongsville, OH* *Duration: 9 Month* *Client – Medical Mutual of OH* *Interview process – Skype (Prefer local that can do a F2F)* *Required:* 1. The ability to analyze the various components of a new system and design an overall QA testing plan. 2. Ability to lead a team of matrixed testers and resources. 3. Must have the ability to write very complex test scenarios from Business Requirements and interviews with the business partners. 4. Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members in complex testing projects towards the overall enhancement of the product. 5. Possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to follow industry standards and procedures for QA. 6. Must be an experienced tester with the ability to train others on testing concepts including: code coverage, writing and executing test scripts, prioritization of test cases for automation. 7.
