Description:*
The Sales/Renewals Operations Analyst will perform all assigned functions
in sales operations pertaining to sales reporting and analysis,
forecasting, modeling, systems functionality, and sales administrative
functions, as well as ad hoc analysis as required. The successful candidate
will possess keen strategic thinking plus analytical abilities with strong
communication and project management skills to maximize the efficiency and
performance of Anaplan’s sales organization.
Help drive key functional areas of Sales Operations including Territory
Management and modeling, Opportunity management, Sales Enablement and
Training, Compensation and Commissions, Sales Capacity Planning, Sales
Forecast and Pipeline reporting and Deal Desk support.

This position will report to the Head of Sales Operations, Americas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
    Work with Sales and Customer Success leaders across the company to
deliver substantial, sustained and predictable growth and execution through
defined strategies, processes and analytical insights
    Partner with Sales leads and Customer Success leads to define and
analyze the sales and renewal process, review new opportunities for
compliance with contractual and financial guidelines
    Support the Sales team on commission analytics, internal sales systems
and sales processes
    Assist with design and implementation of sales commissions tracking
    Support sales order process
    Monitor deals for compliance with Bookings policy; including sales
compensation crediting criteria
    Communicate regularly with the Sales team to collect missing
information and understand nuances on individual deals
    Initiate continual data-quality cleanup in SFDC to drive clean and
accurate data for reporting (corporate, sales, Customer Success, financial)

collaboratively and effectively with all levels of management and staff is
imperative. Your motivation and teamwork cultivates a positive atmosphere,

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/training/experience
    Minimum of 3 years work experience and a understanding of SaaS Sales
processes and professional services operations, preferably at a high-tech
or software company
    Excellent communication skills
    Must be comfortable working in ambiguous and/or stressful situations
    Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to
handle multiple tasks
    Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce.com
    Passionate about analytics
