CallManager Administrator Position (Support I / Analyst Position)

Configure and support the following:

- Cisco Agent Desktop

- Phone adds, moves and changes including agent profiles

- Cisco Unity Connection voicemail boxes

- Cisco Intelligent Contact Management

- Cisco CallManager 8.6 and above

- Cisco voice gateways and FXO/FXS/PRI/T1/SIP Circuits and Signaling
Protocols (H.323, SIP, MGCP)

- Working knowledge of the following is a plus:

                UCCE 8.x and above

                Cisco FlexPod Platform & VMWare
