*Role: **COGNOS TM1 developer* *Location:* *Pleasanton, CA* *Duration: Long term contract * *visa copy required* *Roles & Responsibilities:* · - Develop TM1 applications / cubes in support of business needs and develop TM1 processes and TM1 rules. Expert in TM1 Web. · Act as a liaison between Business Groups, Architect and Design teams and the Development/Support team. Understand the business requirements and translate that to technical processes. · Manage operations of the engagement. · Atleast 3 years of experience on TM1 with one full cycle TM1 implementation. · IBM Cognos TM1 certified. · Strong experience in implementing and supporting Cognos TM1 applications. · Experience in working with Business groups focused on Financial solutions and then translating that to IT requirements. - DW and OLAP tools experience will be an advantage.TM1 Consultant – Design, develop and Support TM1 applications. · Provide solutions by converting Business requirements into Technical Design and TM1 working models. · Able to translate and understand financial business drivers and understanding its relevance in the application. · Planning and tracking all activities of the team. · Coordinate with IT and Business Units of the application. · Strong understanding of BI, DW, and Planning solutions to design robust TM1 applications.
