*Please send Resume to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* *Need GC/Citizen!* *Senior UCCE Engineer- Birmingham, AL* - Contract - 12+ months with opportunity to go direct *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Review and validate understanding of customer design requirements · Create High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs · Follow WWT and Customer standards for design documentation · Review and recommend process changes · Install and configure UCCE and CVP · Create, test, and troubleshoot call routing scripts · Customize stock reports and create dashboards using CUIC · Conduct user acceptance testing · Perform administrator and agent training *QUALIFICATIONS: *Qualified candidates will have 3 to 5 years of UCCE deployment experience, with recent experience in a Design, Architecture functions. Qualified applicants need to specialize in Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise technologies, but would also have exposure to other Cisco Advanced Technologies such as Unified Communications. Candidate should have enterprise design and configuration experience with the following: · ICM · UCM · CVP · IPIVR · CVP Studio · CAD · Finesse · CUIC Cisco CCVP or CCIE and Specialty Certifications are preferred. Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills required. The candidate should feel comfortable supporting the sales effort with presentations and meeting with customers.
