Please find the position below and let me know your availability with the updated copy of resume. *Business Analyst* *Olympia, WA* *8 Months Contract* *Scope of Work* The contractor is expected to complete the following scope of work • Work with OSPI business staff to define requirements for the new FRPMA system and enhancements to OSPI’s existing Direct Certification system. • Work with OSPI business stakeholders in the development of functional business test cases, execution of tests, and the documentation of test results. • Develop training materials for the new Direct Certification functionality. • Complete other business analyst duties as needed to support OSPI Child Nutrition Services. • OSPI expects to use the Microsoft Office Suite to support all project activities. *Work Requirements:* Specific responsibilities include: • Work with OSPI business staff to define requirements for the new FRPMA system and enhancements to OSPI’s existing Direct Certification system. • Working with the Project Manager, develop the OSPI test approach and create the OSPI Test Plan and the OSPI User Acceptance Test Plan. • Lead OSPI testing of the new system functionality and capabilities. • Design tests. • Run tests and collect evidence. • Support business stakeholder execution of tests and collect evidence. • Manage processes for testing, defect identification and resolution of business functionality and capability testing. • Work with project management to determine defect resolution pathways. • Work with vendor personnel to resolve defects, facilitate build/promotion decisions. • Develop training materials for the new Direct Certification functionality. • Participate in the future refinement of business functionality and capability design documentation.
