Please share your profiles perfect fit to the position to *[email protected] <[email protected]>.* *Role: Test Consultant(Application Services)* *Location: Mount Laurel, NJ* *Duration: 6 months Experience Level: 8-10YEAR* *Required Skills:* *System Testing:** Given a tool /automation platform, able to identify what can be automated. Select appropriate methodology for validation of the test step. Strong knowledge Automate test cases. Able to debug/fix errors in test scripts.* *Banking Experience: **Should have good functional understanding of Retail Banking or Corporate Banking or Investment Banking. Should be able to define and document the process. Should investigate the stated and unstated needs, document it and obtain sign off on business requirement. Should be able to prepare Functional Test cases and assist in Functional Testing* *Test Project Management: **Leads a team that debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Leads the development and execution of software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Ensures documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Supervises the day to day work of lower level individual contributors. Work affects related activities within the project team. Sets own work schedule for the project team to meet established objectives. Applies own judgment to independently determine a course of action, which is then executed through a team independently post review. Good project management skills are required. Works on developing people management skills. Would be treated as a one point contact by the junior team members. May provide inputs on appraisals, feedback to employees and handling work allocations. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.* *HP Application Lifecycle Management: **Lifecycle Able to use Quality Center at an user level. Understanding of all the navigations and features in QC. Ability to use QC as a Test management tool.* *Effective communication skills, good articulation, ability to derive, understand, analyze business requirements.
