This type of role most likely work in business teams more than in IT teams,

Overview:

In this newly created role, you will support analysis of contact center
operational performance including efficiency, sales conversion, quality and
customer loyalty. You will monitor metrics, develop reporting, track and
trend performance and analyze service experience feedback. Acting with a
strategic mindset, you will guide our contact center business partners by
analyzing data and recommend performance improvements based on data
analysis. You will have a vested interest in driving our contact center
business results. We are looking for an individual who understands call
center metrics, works well with all levels within the organization and has
a strong skill set in database management. In addition, your focus will be
overall call center performance analysis along with the ability to make
recommendations. You will provide analytic support by dissecting large data
sets and structuring a wide range of complex business problems, extracting
and analyzing data from a variety of sources, utilizing facts/data to
derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill complex
analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and
influence executive level audiences



Responsibilities:

•Development and support of database(s) that tracks Call Center performance
metrics including recommendations

•Establish strong support relationships with contact center operations teams

•Supports research and diligence required to drive best practices and
performance management

•Participates in partner site meetings with business owners for the purpose
of ensuring consistency, sharing best practices and driving initiatives
which improve performance.

•Works cross functionally with multiple business units, including,
Operations, Legal, Finance and IT to gather critical operational data

•Recommends and suggests measurements and programs to improve customer
satisfaction, operational efficiencies and the overall customer experience.

•A strong team player working with multiple groups for a common operational
goal.

•Responsible for extracting data from multiple sources, manipulating
data/data validation, conducting Root Cause Analysis, developing
solutions/recommendations and presenting to Sr. Leadership

•Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic
thinking, relationship building & influencing, results focus and
inspirational leadership.

•Query data from relational databases (Teradata, MS SQL server, Oracle)

•Ability to perform data validation, analysis and modeling (Root Cause
Analysis, Behavioral Analysis)

•Develop Executive Level presentations and present complex, customized
analytic findings to senior management

•Create and distribute high level business performance reporting



Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

•5 years knowledge, or experience working with analytics tools (SAS, Excel,
Tableau, Aster or other Statistical analysis tools)

•2+ years of experience in a hands-on analytical role, with focus on Root
Cause Analysis and Behavioral Analysis

•Experience in operational analysis of corporate initiatives preferred

•Proficient in Oracle and 3 years hands-on experience in accessing (Data
Mining) and manipulating data from multiple relational databases (Teradata,
Oracle, MS-SQL server)

•Must have 3+ years SQL script writing experience

•Business Intelligence (BI) Experience

•Highly proficient in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint Advanced skills in
report development and data analysis is required

•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

•Takes a proactive role to bring about change, applying new ways to develop
the business through performance analysis and process improvement
recommendations.
