Strong communication skills along with the ability to multitask and prioritize are a must.* This role will be managing multiple sub-projects and tasks under the Office First and Best program (aka dogfood) including: - Supporting the delivery of Office builds and upgrades to our clients through the coordination of services required from the product group. - Setting up virtual machines, testing various Office build upgrade scenarios, creation of installation points etc. - Understanding of SCCM, Creation and Management of Security Groups, Bulk Data upload to SGs, resolving data conflicts etc. - GPO and DCM (Desired Configuration Manager) envisioning, submission and testing. - Setting and execution of mail merges - Script creation for capturing logs/regkey values from machines - Hands on Excel skills (V-lookups, graphs and reports) - Creation and management of the Office telemetry service including reporting and planning forecasts for subsequent Office deployments. - Supporting the Office First and Best Product Planner in relation to management of the overall program and shared goals. - Reporting – Creating and maintaining Office client reports as required.
