Description     :
•         Working Knowledge and experience in IVR - Routing, Reporting work
stream for Call Center or Care Center projects.
•         Knowledge in IVR application, Call Server, ICM, QUEUE, CALLS
(Agent Front end Application)
•         Experience to work with business team and active participation in
User Acceptance Testing
•         Good working knowledge in Test Management Tools Like : Quality
Center, Rational Clear Quest etc.,
•         Strong working experience in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
and Testing Process.
•         Good analytical and problem solving capabilities. Able to work
closely with the technical and Architects teams.
•         Basic database Testing and Good XML validation experience is a
required.
•         Excellent Team Player and Good Communication Skills
