This senior position will support and develop CRM developers and administrators by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities. Responsibilities · Work with the CRM Architect, Business Analysts and the Development Manager to understand business needs and software requirements · Develop CRM solutions using native Dynamics CRM technology and custom extensions · Define New Entities and Relationships, update existing Entities · Develop Custom Plug-Ins, Workflows, SDK/API Integrations, Javascript, Business Processes as needed/called for in solution design · Use CRM technology integrations and framework including E-Mail services, Sharepoint integration, ADFS, Internet Facing Deployment, and others as needed · Design Organization, Business Unit, Team, and Security role structures to meet requirements and provide maintainability and security at appropriate levels · Develop custom software solutions primarily using Microsoft centric technologies: ASP.NET, C#, and MS SQL Server · Provide technical design and associated documentation for Dynamics CRM and custom software solutions · System Test CRM solutions using manual and automated methods, support QC testing and User Acceptance testing as needed · Contribute to and follow the standards, guidelines and processes defined for the team · Support and mentor less experienced developers and CRM administrators by guiding and providing learning opportunities and performing design and code reviews · Keep abreast of technology innovations, including new releases of CRM, third party add-on products, tools, and useful infrastructure components. Experience: · 6+ years of experience overall in IT Applications development working with Microsoft-centric technologies with a strong background in developing customized solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM · Passion for developing quality software, application architecture, and working within a team · Excellent communication skills is a must, showing a solid understanding of business needs on the projects that they have worked on Technical skills: · Expertise in USD/CCA/CCD · Excellent experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 (or higher) solution development · Solid Problem solving skills is a must · Experience with Dynamics SDK required · Strong background in designing and implementing robust business solutions using Dynamics CRM, including advanced concepts including Dynamic Entity, Metadata, async plug-ins, workflows, business processes, etc. · Knowledge of the technical framework of CRM including email integration options · Knowledge of design patterns and development experience with .NET framework and tools preferred · Experience with Sharepoint and CRM/Sharepoint integration preferred · Good experience in Web development technologies – Web Services, JSON, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, jQUERY, preferred · Experience with SQLServer 2012+.
