The candidate should have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a good knowledge of the industry best practices. · Should have strong experience in report development – Webi and Crystal reports · Should have experience in developing Crystal Reports using free hand SQL · Hands-on experience with universe development · Experience of universe development using the “Information Design tool” is desired · Knowledge/Experience of SAP Business Objects BI 4.0 / 4.1 platform · Sound knowledge and experience in performance tuning of reports and universes as well as SQL queries · Should be well versed with concepts like loops, aliases , contexts etc. in universe development · Possess strong analytical skills to analyze the requirements to identify issues/concerns and suggest workarounds Strong written and verbal communication skills.
