Strong WCF and Restful services, configuration, deployment and development. 2. Expert and excellent on RESTFul services, configuration, deployment and development. 3. External facing application development experience with hosting Apps on DMZ 4. XML creation, parsing, serialization and development 5. Strong Oracle database scripts, PLSQL is preferred, but strong T/SQL is also good 6. .NET common technologies is a MUST. 7.
