The successful candidate will work with a high performance team of product commercialization software engineers who are creating the next generation of audio products on Android, iOS, and Windows mobile platforms. To be successful in this role, you must be enthusiastic, collaborative, and a quick learner with strong software development skills and excellent communication skills. *III. * *IV. *As a member of an agile development team based in Los Gatos, California, you will help to develop SDKs, libraries, and applications that enable consumers to enjoy exceptional audio on mobile and connected devices. In this role, you will collaborate with coworkers and business partners worldwide. *V. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * • Reporting to the Manager of Mobile Platforms at OUR CLIENT, this position will work onsite at the OUR CLIENT’s Los Gatos office and take a lead role communicating to the offshore engineers. • Work with OUR CLIENT’s tech lead closely to understand the technical requirements. • Communicate software design and implementation detail to the offshore team. • Conduct code reviews with offshore engineers. • Develop Android applications using Java with Android SDK and Android Studio. • Develop C++ applications for the Android platform. • Design, code, and comment the best technical solution to challenging business problems. • Design and code appropriate unit tests. • Accurately document your technical design and key design decisions. • Prepare internal and customer-facing technical product documentation. • Actively participate in agile team processes. • Engage with the product owner to ensure complete and correct understanding of user stories. • Collaborate with the user experience and testing teams to ensure the best possible product. *VI. Supervisory Responsibilities: * • No supervisory responsibility. *VII.
