Please find the requirement below and do reply back if you are comfortable with below *required details, Latest Resume, ID Proof and Two Professional References.* Please share relevant profiles and we will schedule the interviews. *Position : Java with Selenium & Opium exp.* Location : Sunnyvale, CA Duration : 6+ Months To be successful, candidates MUST possess: • Strong leadership skills - Candidate must lead and communicate effectively the direction, guidelines, and processes, as well as work with the Dev teams • Good communication skills - They are expected to communicate with the rest of the engineering team on issues/analysis/questions, as well as work with the offshore QE team members • Strong analytical and test designing skills - The candidate must be able to understand the business requirements and design robust tests that ensure all business requirements are met and that the application handles unexpected inputs gracefully. • Understanding of Agile methodologies - And how to be an effective QE in an agile development team. • Ability to adapt to fast changing requirements and bandwidth to handle multiple tasks - The candidate would be expected to react to quickly changing requirements without dropping the ball on quality. And as needed, would be expected to handle more than one task to help the team meet its objectives.
