As a Junior developer, the primary responsibility is for building, documenting and maintaining internal and external facing web based applications. This person will work with a team of experienced analysts, senior developers and business resources to build highly-performing systems that improve efficiency. Responsibilities: · Work both independently and part of an Agile development team · Implement design specifications accurately · Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to the project lead · Full lifecycle development process including design, development, testing, and implementation of moderate to complex UI based systems · Implement recommended design changes, unit tests and regression tests for both performance and data integrity · Document all changes made Skills / Attributes Required: · 5+ years of experience as a developer. · 3+ years of experience developing web applications and web services with C#/ASP.net. · Solid background developing .NET applications integrated with Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012. · Good working knowledge of SQL Server 2008 and higher · Solid understanding of Service Orientated Architecture (SOA). · Good knowledge of MCV and WebAPI · Good knowledge of the .NET Framework (.NET 4.x). · Solid knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML · Solid knowledge of software implementation best practices. · Ability to design and optimize SQL Server stored procedures. · Ability to adapt quickly to an existing and complex environment. · Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
