This engineering group designs, builds and maintains several products sold to airports and airlines throughout the world including Flight Information and Display Systems, Integration Systems, Resource Management Systems, Identity Management Systems, Airport Operational Databases, as well as custom software. The engineer will be tasked with development items to improve existing software products, integration systems and new software products as needed. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: • Develop fixes for defects in existing fielded products. • Work independently on complex issues. • Be able to prioritize and work multiple tasks concurrently. • Create additional functionality in our product lineup following provided design documentation. • Provide estimates of work to be performed and delivering work on schedule. • Participate in design of new features or products. • Coach Jr. Engineers to assist in troubleshooting issues with code or site support. • Maintain company standards of code and software quality. • Provide support to customers, on-site engineers or Technical Service Group. • Update documentation and support information as needed. Required Skills: • College Degree or work equivalent experience. • Two to Five years of experience with VB.Net or C#.Net. • SQL Server (or other similar RDBMS). • Objected Oriented Implementation. Education or Certification Requirements: • BS Degree or equivilent experience.
