Create Statement of Work and Proposal documents for new customer engagements 6. Peer review code and documentation prepared by team, correct and freeze documentation 7. Mentor team technically 8. Design robust Hadoop solutions for complex business problems 9. Utilize new and latest Open Source tools for addressing business challenges 10. Work with multiple customer teams and support teams to execute Hadoop engagements 11.
