*MUST HAVE:*
· 5+ years transition/project management experience including
experience with the following:
o JD Edwards
o Red Prarie
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science,
Engineering or related degree
· Proficient in Microsoft Project
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (including PowerPoint, Visio
and Access)
· Excellent leadership skills
· Excellent analytical skills
· Ability to multi-task and lead several projects simultaneously
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the
following;
o Speaking publically
o Handling difficult conversations
o Setting of expectations with clients and project resources
o Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with clients and
project resources
· Self-motivated and self-directed; capable of working
independently with minimal direction
· Excellent organizational skills
· PMP certification
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
· ITIL V3 Practitioner Certification
· Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems
or other relevant field
· Experience implementing off-shore IT teams
