Job Title          :           Project Manager

Location          :           Mounds View, MN

Duration          :           6 Months



Manages one or more projects within the constraints of scope, quality,
time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Responsibilities may
include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e.
feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design
testing, and implementation planning). Regularly interacts with management.
Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members. Ensures all
project requirements and/or objectives are documented. More than 10 years
of experience.

BI Dashboard and Predictive Analytics
October deliverable by Delivery lead
Planning phase starts in January
Align meetings with a PM in December timeframe
Prefer internal candidate; asked for Suzie but she is not available. Need a
PM with analytics passion.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Project Manager is to ensure the project delivers the
defined scope of deliverables and change initiatives within the constraints
of budget, schedule and quality. This is achieved through effective:

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Define team structure and project governance groups
o Identify key stakeholders, create RACI and communicate roles and
responsibilities
o Negotiate resources or funding necessary to fulfill the project
Define and maintain detailed project plans which have measurable phases,
milestones and slack
Identify and manage project scope
o Define and agree specific and measurable project success criteria with
key stakeholders
o Identify, review and present all Change Requests to governance groups
o Prepare impact analysis against scope, schedules and budget
Create, maintain and report against a cross project schedule and resource
management plan
Create and maintain Business Case focused on:
o Financial Management of project budget (including budget analysis)
o Definition of Benefits Realization Plan signed off by Business
Owner/Project Sponsor
Maintain all relevant data within Client centralized project tracking tool
(PPRM)
Identify, mitigate and review Risk and Issue Logs
o Assume ownership for all project level risks and issues
o Escalate and manage critical risks and issues
Establish and maintain PPMO standards in line with Business Owner and
Project Sponsor needs
Comply with all Corporate Policies, Standards, Procedures and Processes
EXPERIENCE:
More than 5 years experience in Project Management
o Projects of more than $2M budget
o Full project lifecycle
Scope Management
o Proven experience of initiating a project
Line Management
o Resource planning experience
o Direct team management responsibilities
Facilitation
o Proven steering group management skills
o Workshop development and delivery experience
EDUCATION:
Essential
o Business English
o PMP or Member of Project Management Institute/Association of Project
Management
o Standard level of competency in report writing
o Standard level of competency in Microsoft Project, Project Server and
Office
Desirable
o Degree Educated
