Person also needs to have working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint presentations). In addition responsible for performing weekly operational, data analytics and business analysis for all department IS Notifications, HDFS cases, and identifying trends. Management Skills: In-depth technical knowledge of the AIX operating platforms including detailed technical troubleshooting. •In-depth knowledge of the Linux, UNIX platforms, including detailed technical troubleshooting. •Knowledgeable of vendor engagement processes. •Leadership - •Excellent communication skills both Oral and written •Detail orientated – data compiling, data analysis, data trending etc. •Business analysis and planning. •Accounting - Knowledgeable of core accounting concepts and budgeting process. •Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.).
