This candidate will collaborate with various IT team members, software developers, project managers, and other business units to assist with ongoing software development and technical support around the Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft .NET, and Microsoft SQL business environments. The Sr. Business Application Developer will be spearheading business projects *such as customizations directly within MS CRM and MS SQL Server (DB, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS where possible)* as well as additional 3rd party applications, including managing the integration to other business systems. The candidate will need to have strong working experience/expertise of the customization, administrative, and engineering aspects of Dynamics CRM. This role is intended to fill gaps in current project needs, both as part of a larger project at times and singularly managing projects as needed, with the overarching goal of ensuring that the company will continually meet the demands of a growing and agile company. This role requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable working with a skilled technical environment with rapid changes in direction and environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, an ability to influence business and technical leaders in a dynamic environment and a strong desire to contribute to the company continued success. To be successful, this role will need to work well in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. *ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommend technical solutions - Establish effective working relationships with business groups to understand desired business outcomes and direction - Develop ERP (CRM) systems, customization, and cross platform integration with Dynamics CRM and other dependent applications as needed - Provide technical and software development within Microsoft .NET framework (C# most commonly), and Microsoft SQL Server - Provide end-user support, customizations, and administration for all user needs - Research, diagnose, and resolves ERP and SQL technical issues - Perform CRM configuration activities for complex business requirements - Work in collaboration with other IT staff members to provide additional support as needed - Proactively research and seek out ways to enhance and deliver existing solutions for business needs - Assist, as needed, on closing IT Help Desk support issues that arise surrounding ERP or CRM systems – both due to needs of additional skill requirements and help managing general queued support *QUALIFICATIONS* - Strong written, interpersonal, analytical, and oral communication skills - Ability to drive definition of improvements based on business needs - Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Ability to work toward and achieve scheduled deadlines - Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices - Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required - Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language - Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM ERP administration and development - Experience with report writing and general BI principles, including Power View, SSIS, SSRS, and/or SSAS - Experience with EDI development - Experience with MS Dynamics CRM - Experience with Scribe integration, a plus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
