Ensures that approved methodologies, tools, processes and procedures are understood and internalized by TW EIS internal staff and service providers. Maintains the TW EIS IT website and knowledge repository of policies and procedures. *Policy Update Release Planning: * Provides leadership and management on the development of policy update communication plans. Gathers requirements, constraints and inputs from IT, service providers and process owners. Communicates policy update communications to IT and service providers and provides leadership in accommodating the needs of multiple audiences. 30% *Process Improvement: * Assists in Process Improvement efforts, developing and executing appropriate process improvement plans. Manage the on-going evaluation and analysis of methodologies, processes and procedures to continue to leverage from each implementation – build on lessons learned and ensure they are replicated.
