-7-8 Years of experience in IT needed -2-3 Years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst needed -Develop project plan and manage it - ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. -Must have managed/participated Salesforce.com Service implementation preferably with Hi-Tech clients ( Wells Fargo, CISCO, HP…… needed.) -Strong Salesforce.com Business Analysis and Functional experience. -Experience with Service cloud is a must -Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. -Supports all phases of programs from inception through completion. -Drive key initiatives/projects to completion and ensure deliverables meet business needs. -Gather and track business and functional requirements, define scope, write detailed functional specifications, provide impact assessments, identify gaps, evaluate change requests, capture and prioritize bugs. -Conduct effective project meetings; publish minutes, and track issues and actions to resolution. -Participate in end to end implementation planning to include project management, issue management, communication and change management -Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts. Managing UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff -Work closely with development team through software development methodology, including project assessment, planning, design, build, QA and implementation. -Provide on-going feedback and status of projects to IT and business areas, identifying any variances to plan and proposing solutions and alternatives for the variances If interested please send us your resume with visa, rate and contact details ASAP.
