Go- getter - Ability to learn quickly, jump in, get up to speed and make a difference Need someone who will dig in and drive issues to resolution; act with little guidance – ability to figure things out to get things done. Type A personality but at the same time knows how to use velvet gloves. Can be a bull dog but does it nicely. Able to negotiate a matrix environment and influence resources to get things done Ability to quickly assess risk and understand what is important to the project.
