*Sharepoint Developer*** Duration: 3 months
Location: DC Bill Rate – $65/hr *Face to face interview is MUST ( Please submit local candidates only)** * looking for someone with *sharepoint* and Access development skills, who can take over a lot of the ad-hoc reporting on this project and function fairly independently. (i.e., their resumes should show that they have built quick solutions with these products *SUMMARY :** *Support the overall forensics project for residential mortgage backed securities by tracking and validating all necessary metrics and information and ensuring that it is provided timely to management and outside interested parties. *DUTIES *• Design *sharepoint* site and/or propose other practical and quick-to-implement tools to promote and encourage effective exchange of information within the team. Manage and update team documents and information on *sharepoint* site. • Coordinate and keep track of communications with conservator and outside vendors. Ensure that necessary information and reports flow as agreed and timely, and update management on day-to-day activities. • Support management in keeping project documents organized and preparing guidance/procedure documents, checklists etc. to ensure consistent analyses. • Support management in preparing ad-hoc reports and presentations.* QUALIFICATIONS *• *Sharepoint* Development Skills. • Superb organizational and information management skills to mange and organize large flows of information from multiple parties. • Ability to implement ideas quickly and streamline project management tools to implement effectively and quickly within current project. • Teamwork and flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting changes in priorities. • Ability to produce results with minimum guidance. • Ability and curiosity to quickly understand new business concepts and how various parties interact in a project. • Some mortgage industry/capital markets knowledge is a plus.
