Needs to be decisive as well. Here are the must have’s for both roles. • Looking for a logical thinker, meaning they need to know how to aid in designing and architecting of solutions, with various business areas and internal IT organizations. · Must be business oriented so as to understand/appreciate the enhancements of business and operational processes coinciding with use of technology. Need someone very intuitive. • Will definitely incorporate the Office Suites, SQL as technologies that are required. · Be very hands on with SQL – analyze designs. Looking for someone who can look at a web pagefor example and see there are 5 steps to buying a product. · Would like that person to be able to help the buy it in 2 or 3 steps. · Look for better designs and better ways of doing designs. · Need someone who can come up with flexible and creative options. • Must have ability to get his/her hands in verifying system behavior by mining for data and/or processes • Would like someone with a supply chain background, who knows order management and Manhattan Associates. • Would highly prefer having retail experience, not a deal breaker, but makes life a lot easier Need your skill matrix.
