Review project scope and/or contract beforehand and demonstrate sound understanding of business requirements and solution. · Ensure that the infrastructure is operating smoothly and that any modifications to the environment are executed with no unscheduled interruption of service to internal or external customers. · Complete client Account Review and meet at least monthly with management to discuss project and/or client status. Proactively recommend options to streamline customer operations. · Alert sales and management to at least one opportunity per quarter for additional or new business. · Acquire certifications required. *Ideal Candidate* · The ideal candidate must not only demonstrate excellent communication skills, and possess the necessary technical skills, but also have a strong desire to consistently learn and stay abreast with technology in various areas, including storage, virtualization, server administration, desktop imaging strategies, etc... · Must demonstrate a strong presence and the ability to advise clients. · A self-starter and internally motivated to enhance both business and technical process. · Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment to successfully lead clients towards business objectives and goals. *Requirements* · 3+ years of Windows 2003-2012 Administration and Troubleshooting · Forest/Domain Design based on MS/Industry best practices · Group Policy Design, Implementation and Troubleshooting · Active Directory Administration, Backup and Recovery · Server O.S Hardening based MS/NSA Security Guidelines · Security/Patch delivery with WSUS or Third Party Packages · Software Deployment Experience · 3+ plus years of Microsoft Exchange 2003-2013 · Design and Implementation based on MS/Industry best practices · Significant understanding of Exchange architecture and databases structures · Ability to isolate complex Exchange issues · Ability to provide perform complex database operations · Cleaning, Resizing and Repairing with Exchange tools · Proficiency with Exchange backup and recovery practices · Exchange migration planning and execution from various platforms · Infrastructure support experience within SMB market space · Windows XP Professional, WIN7, WIN8.1, Windows Server 2003 -2012 · Citrix Presentation/XenApp Server experience (Installation, Migration and Troubleshooting) · Virtualization technologies including Hyper-V, VMWare, and VDI · Familiarization with Microsoft SCCM · Network Design, configuration and troubleshooting · Cisco switches and routers · Routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF) · VLAN’s · Cisco PIX/ASA Firewall installation, configuration and troubleshooting · Must demonstrate excellent communications, presentation and people skills *Preferred* · B.S.
