*Client: *Barclays *Rate: $50-$55* *Title: *Identity and Access Management Business Analyst *Location: *Piscataway, NJ *Education: *Bachelor’s Degree *Skills: IAM (Identity Access Management)* *Job Description:* *This role is composed of 5 key functions:* · Performing business analysis and requirements documentation across multiple projects · Working on data analysis and creating documentation for technical teams as well as for management reporting · Creating presentation and end-user communications material · Business and IT stakeholder Management · Conducting trainings and product demos · This role would have responsibility of gathering requirements for various projects and programs for the global bank as issued by GIS management especially in light of the audit and regulatory controls requirements. These include areas such as Identity management toolset roll-out program, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) process re-engineering program, etc. · Requirement gatherings skills and establishing personal relationships with stakeholders is critical to the success of this role. The successful candidate will be expected to own the relationship with the users globally as well as maintaining a strong relationship with other non-GIS IT teams. He/she should be at ease discussing business and technical issues, working with both business and IT Development to understand problem areas and to proactively contribute to short and long term solutions. · A successful candidate for this role will be process oriented ensuring that the team adopts standard Barclays processes and proactively engages in activities to maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Firm’s information assets within a highly controlled environment. · Key responsibilities of the this role will include supporting the project team to ensure the Identity and Access Management requirements are completely and accurately gathered and documented. This role will involve interacting with other Technology teams to solicit information and work out user-friendly cost-effective solution for the bank. *Main Duties* · Undertake requirements gathering and user interface design documentation for GIS systems and projects · Work closely with project teams within GIS and Global Technology. · The role will involve close liaison with areas of the Business, IRM, Compliance, and Audit to deliver solutions and effect their implementation. · Understand the global IT environment and strategic requirements *Basic Qualifications* · Degree in Engineering with majors in Computer or related discipline from a reputed/top tier institute. · Substantial experience in Business Analysis for enterprise level IT systems (preferably within IT Security / Identity and Access Management practice) · In-depth knowledge IT Service Management and Software Development Life Cycle · In-depth knowledge of business process design techniques using UML or similar notations · High level knowledge of various IT technologies i.e. JAVA, J2EE, Database, Active Directory, Unix *Preferred Qualifications and Skills * · Business focus with thorough appreciation of IT issues and how IT enables the banking business. · Thorough understanding of Identity and Access management, Active Directory and overall IT infrastructure landscape · Good experience of working in Projects and exposure to project management techniques. · Qualified in one or more fields of Information Security (e.g. CISA, CISSP, GIAC, etc.). · Excellent oral communication and inter-personal skills. · Excellent written communication and presentation skills. · Ability to multi-task, ability to think laterally and to have input to / propose detailed, complex solutions to technical issues. · Self starter and highly motivated. · Must be a good team player and able to work alone or with others *Experience Required* · Proven experience in gathering requirements from project stakeholders who are in multiple global locations · Proven experience of Business Analysis for large scale projects, taking ownership of end to end solution · Business and functional analysis skills particularly in a process reengineering environment · Strong analytical and investigation skills.
