Primary responsibilities will include configuring and managing on-premise and Cloud Software Defined Networking products like NSX, vCloud Air and AWS network components. 2. Provide operational support for network and firewall management. This includes working with application and business teams to troubleshoot any connectivity problems. 3. Be a part of the overall network team to understand and implement enterprise network best practices in Cloud. 4. Configure and perform yearly cloud DR exercise with application teams. 5. Document and maintain up-to-date systems procedures, systems installation check list and contingency plans. 6. Works in accordance with the change control procedures and ensures compliance of change control and any other IS procedure or work instruction that ensures compliance to IS policy and ISO. Establish and recommend policies on system use and services. 7. Provide emergency after hours support for mission critical systems as required.
