*Position :* Business Analyst with Digital Marketing experience *Location :* Harrisburg, PA *Duration :* Full-time *Job Summary: * This senior position will work closely with Marketing & Customer Experience teams to drive end to end capabilities that transform TE Connectivity Digital Experience. This position is part of the Digital Marketing Practice IT teamfocused on delivering technology solutions that drive the Digital Experience, Product Information Management & Site Search for www.te.com. Individual will liaison with executive management, business unit representatives and IT stakeholders to understand business goals, document functional needs, design solutions and facilitate the implementation of Digital Solutions. *Primary Responsibilities: * 1. Strategic analyst driving high impact Digital IT programs; responsible for leading and gathering functional requirements for end to end Digital Experience solutions 2. Demonstrate thought leadership inDigital and internet technology trends to lead the discussions with business partners on Digital Marketing & Customer Experience initiatives 3. Lead problem definition, analysis, and requirement definition phase for projects. Work closely with business and technical teams in solution definition and design approaches. 4. Responsible for authoring business and functional requirements. Document acceptance criteria and ensure technical solutions are developed and delivered in alignment to business goals *Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:* *Required* 1. Minimum 10 years of IT experience with large enterprise-wide solutions with a minimum of 5 in external website technologies including search, content management systems, eCatalogs, and SEO/SEM. 2. Excellent Functional/System Analyst in a fast paced environment, leading requirements gathering and solution design for complex digital experience projects. 3. Solid understanding of IT systems including system design, information architecture, system interfaces, SEO, and other digital customer experience concepts, to effectively communicate with technical teams and drive solutions that meet business needs. 4. Good understanding of Agile Project Management concepts with ability to work on prioritizing and documenting stories for sprint cycles. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations. 6. Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications. *Educational Required/Desired: * · Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing OR equivalent experience and knowledge required. · MBA or Masters in Information Technology Management preferred.
