*Responsibilities*


Primary application IT contact for HR and Payroll business units.
Provide on-going, day-to-day Oracle HR/Payroll and Advanced Benefits
application support to the HR and Payroll departments. This role has the
sole responsibility for the proper functioning and performance of the
Oracle HR/Payroll application. Will work with internal and external
functional and technology support providers to meet these responsibilities.
Collect, list and prioritize desired system changes.
Work with business unit to execute approved change requests. Includes
business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, Oracle
configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, performance validation,
documentation and post-live support.
Work with internal and external technical resources as required to support
requested system changes. Includes interface and data conversion change as
needed.
Maintains process flow, configuration, operations and user documentation.
Provides after-hours application support as required.
Maintains department standards for change control, testing, report
standards, documentation and operations procedures.



*Qualifications *

Minimum 3 years full lifecycle *Oracle HR/Payroll* support experience
including business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping,
Oracle configuration, testing, performance, documentation and ongoing
support.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with *PL/SQL* and Fast Formulas
required. Experience with Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAB Rules, stored
procedures, Oracle Application APIs, packages and functions a plus!
Prior experience as functional analyst or team member responsible for the
successful full lifecycle implementation of Oracle 11i or R12 HR/Payroll
Applications.
Strong analytical skills to implement new business processes and design
application enhancements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to partner with
business units to understand requirements, propose new processes, etc.
Knowledge of applications data structures, tables, and basic SQL.
Demonstrated track record of working independently to solve application
problems using internal and external resources persisting until acceptable
resolution.
Prior experience as functional analyst or team member responsible for the
successful full lifecycle implementation of *Oracle 11i or R12 HR/Payroll*
Applications a plus.
