PWX CDC experience is a plus Good Interpersonal skills – this is very important Their in-house team is more like a family and they take pride in what they do. You are expected to treat them with respect and you will be treated like wise. Mentoring / leadership skills – this is for a Sr. Developer role, and the candidate will lead a small team of 2-3 developers. I am starting three new project just in the next couple of weeks and we have a good pipeline as well. I am heading to Vegas next week for Informatica Partner event and things go per my plan, this will open up a new avenue for projects.
